Constance Stella校长在潍坊瀚声国际学校开学典礼上讲话
Good Afternoon and welcome Director of High Tech District Management Committee – Mrs. Zhao, Director of Educational Bureau- Mr. Mu, General Principal Zhao, Principal Wang, our Leadership Team, and a very special welcome to our parents, staff and students!
Today we create our own vision of future success and are honoured to begin this new journey here at Hansen International School, in this amazing educational facility.
Throughout the development of our school, Principal Wang has led with strong leadership, he has inspired, and he had a personal hand in creating the unique teaching and learning environment so that our students and staff will benefit from his dedication and proactive approach to 21st Century education.
A quote I feel describes Principal Wang’s Leadership by John. C. Maxwell, it reads like this – ‘A true leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”
We want to leave a school legacy, so as a school legacy initiative our staff and students will design ceramic tiles that we will hang in our front entrance on behalf of who Principal Wang is to us as a Leader. Our plan is to have an official presentation in the Spring of 2018, we hope you will join us in setting our legacy for Hansen International School, along with celebrating Principal Wang’s legacy in education.
As I look out at so many of you I see that this is not a coincidence, but rather a twist of fate that we find ourselves here. The name that marks the front of our school ‘Hansen International School’ will act as a constant reminder of what hard work and perseverance can achieve, and that all of us have leadership qualities and attributes to not only ensure our individual success, but more importantly, the success of our new found community.
Community is a very important and a necessary institution in our lives. Over the next few years we will forge new friendships, strengthen old friendships and be proactive in creating a safe/creative learning environment that will embrace the 271 Vision to ‘Help Every Child Enjoy a Brilliant Story of Life’, while bringing out the strengths of our individuality.
As we have settled in and become accustomed to our new school we have found that it needs only a few touch ups here and there. And that’s ok! More importantly you will notice what a wonderful piece of architecture our school represents in its design and versatility for the teaching and learning environment. Much appreciation is given to General Principal Zhao for having the vision of what’s important in developing a teaching and learning environment that is conducive to the people it serves. Well done! The Architect, the General Contractor and the many individuals who have worked tirelessly are so appreciated for making General Principal Zhao’s vision a reality, it is a beautiful school that will become the Hub of our community! We have so many individuals to thank for making this dream a reality, too many to name, so thank you all for your contributions to Hansen.
Now that it is in our hands, let us remember that this is our home away from home, and we must treat it with respect in order to preserve its beauty for years to come.
At this time, I would also like to give special recognition to our amazing, talented staff. We are very fortunate to have an ensemble of creative, dedicated, hard working, diverse, and caring teachers, they are the foundation of what Hansen International School stands for. I have full confidence in their abilities, to model and foster a conducive learning environment for all our students to enjoy and strive for success…after-all they are our future!
Finally, there is ‘YOU’ and your wonderful families for which none of this would be possible. I want to thank all our parents and families who have shown great patience and support throughout this transition. Changing schools is never an easy thing and for some moving so far into a temporary home doesn’t make it any easier. Parents we want you to know we will take good care of your children, like they are our own. As you know, the partnership between you and the school is a key element for your child’s success, so with that being said, we welcome you to be part of our school community by having you participate in all school life. As for you, the students, you are the most important ingredient! You will be the evidence of our work…as you grow into the leaders of our school community.

有一句名言用来形容王校长，我觉得再合适不过了，“一名真正的领导者不仅要敢问路在何方，更要开疆拓土，引领路的方向！”
我们要为学校留下宝贵的文化遗产印记，让孩子们把想对校长爷爷说的话镌刻在瓷砖上面，最后装饰在一楼大厅里，为王校长的卓越贡献留下珍贵的印记。我们的计划是在2018年春季举行一场正式的介绍会，届时希望大家一起参加这特殊的文化庆典，同时也庆祝王校长在教育上留下的宝贵文化印记！
今天我们在这里相聚，不是巧合，而是命中注定的缘分。潍坊瀚声国际学校这8个字将会是激励我们持久苦干，敢于奉献的不懈动力。我们每个人都有领导的特质和品格，这不仅可以保证我们个人的发展和成功，而且更重要的是，可以铸就我们瀚声大家庭的辉煌！
社区家庭对我们而言是非常温馨的字眼。在接下来的日子里我们要铭记往昔的情谊，搭建崭新的友谊桥梁，力创温馨和谐，创意非凡的学习环境，在271教育价值观的正确引领下，让每一个瀚声孩子的一生成为一个精彩的故事！同时也成就我们自身的个性和成功！
当我们来到瀚声这个美丽的校园，看到学校一流的教学生活环境和高端大气的硬件设施，你不得不感叹，这真是一件建筑艺术的杰作！非常感谢总校长的高瞻远瞩和精心设计，为孩子和老师们创造出了如此美好的环境。感谢设计师，投资商和工人们帮助总校长把这样一个美妙的梦想变成了现实，同时感谢为瀚声的建设付出辛勤劳动的人们！你们辛苦了！
既然瀚声属于我们每一个人，我们就要把它当成自己另一个家庭，用心呵护她的美丽，与她一同成长！
同时，也要对瀚声所有优秀的领导老师说一声辛苦了。我们非常幸运能够拥有你们这样一支激情奉献，持久苦干，关爱孩子的团队。你们是瀚声得以发展进步的根基。我对你们完全有信心，能够陪伴我们孩子健康快乐的学习成长，为孩子创造终身受益的学习环境，帮助孩子走向成功，毕竟，孩子是祖国的未来和希望！
最后，我要感谢所有家长朋友们的信任和支持。没有你们就没有潍坊瀚声国际学校。选择新的学校，不远千里送孩子来这里上学并不是一件容易的事情。我想说，你们的孩子就是我们的孩子，你们和学校的友好合作将是孩子走向成功幸福的重要因素。而我亲爱的孩子们，你们是瀚声大家庭中最最重要的部分，你们是我们成就自己的见证者，也是我们学校大家庭的领导者！你们一定会有一个光辉灿烂的明天！
